IMAN School Sport Day Cum Family Carnival

IMAN School sport day cum family carnival was held at Yishun stadium. We are lucky that the stadium located 15 minutes drive from our house. We have to sacrifice our Sunday morning sleep, as we need to be there by 8am. Especially my dear hubby as every sunday morning he will fly off his control airplane with his flight “kakis”. :P

The first event was the mass walk on the track and followed by Mass Aerobic Exercise. The Mass Aerobic Exercise was fun! Qistina have been practising it at home too! CLICK HERE to view the video.

iMANITES was told to sit at the “holding area” and Qistina was given a tag, which represent which IMAN branch she from. She very excited to see her classmates around and as usual kids “talk” while I busy “cam whore”. :)

The scorching sun doesn’t bother the kids and I kept on asking Qistina to drink lot of water! They provide us free flow of MILO and iMANITES was given a packet of drink, bread and tidbits! Yanti, my helper packed sandwiches for us but end up we don’t have a time to have a bite!

Me and hubby got excited especially ME and by end of the day, I got terrible headaches and felt like fainted! Hehehe…I don’t drink enough water and HL shakes!

I saw my sis-in-law family. Her son, Danial studied at IMAN Yishun branch. Congrats! Danial as he won the race for K2 student despite he small frame in size.

As for qistina, the Nusery students, she played the Jumping Frog. Her group came in 3rd place! All parents cheered for their kids during the race. CLICK HERE to view the video.

During the cheering competition, WOODGROVE iMANITES cheers the loudest even though they don’t have a fancy costumes but they got the SPIRITS!!!  They also known as T-REX – The Fighter! CLICK HERE to view the video.

We brought Qistina to the games stalls and she enjoyed herself at each games stalls. We not able to stay until the end of the event as I’m not feeling well!

Overall, we enjoyed the Sport Day and iMANITES are given one day off from school tomorrow!!!

1st Weekend Hurdle With HerbaLife :)

Wohoooooooo!!!

Managed to go through the first weekend hurdle with HERBALIFE.

Accompany Yanti to Singapore Post, as she wanted to send money back home through Western Union. We also went to the library and as usual Qistina love going there. Besides reading and borrow some books home, she love the atmosphere in the library.

Oh yeah…I brought along my ready-made shake and tumbler filled with 550ml of plain water. Sneaked a packet of plain biscuit in case I’m feeling hungry. Qistina already had a breakfast at home.

While in the library, I had my shake. Tropical Fruit (F1 +F3) with Carrot and Mixed Fruit juice!!!! It was so delicious!!!

I’m lucky that Qistina did not request for McDonald. Surprisingly, she want to eat rice at home.

It’s almost lunchtime when we reached home. Fish curry and mixed fried vegetables for lunch.

Hubby came back from work in the evening and suggested to “catch” a movie in town. Oh..ohhhhh, what about my dinner?

Phew! Lucky for me. The movies for this week don’t interest us at all! Hubby decided to rent DVDS at Video Ezy and we shall have our usual midnight movie at home this week.

Yes!!! I’m having shake for dinner!!!!

Tropical Fruit (F1 + F3) with Soya Bean and 1 piece Banana!!!! It’s taste PERFECT just like Banana Shake!!!

What about tomorrow breakfast. Yanti planning to cook Nasi Lemak. I’m crossing my finger and hope I’m able to resist it. I have told her that I will only eat the Nasi Lemak for my lunch thus for my portion will only be cook later. I mean the fried chicken!!!

I Want The “OLD” Me Back….

I was looking through my old and recent photos!!!

When I was in school, I was very active in sports. I was in Netball and Athletics school team. I was active in Outdoor Activity Club where I got the chance to do Rock Climbing, sailing, mountain trekking and hiking!!!

My weight would never reached 50kg and at that time I consider myself a petite girl! I have no problem wearing a free size shirt, dress or pants. The sizes that I’m wearing usually range from size “XS” to “S”. Most of my friends envy with my body but at that time I would love to gain more weight just like them! How much I eat, I never gained weight! Probably I was active in sports, jogging and gym workout was my daily routine.

Being in the athletic school team, I have to keep myself fit. At that time, I would be ashamed of myself if I were not able to maintain or improved my 100m sprints! I felt the pressure when my coach starts to compare my timing with new young fresh athletes! To maintain my fitness, everyday I will jogged about 5km to 10km and make sure the timing would not be more than 30mins!!! I remembered that I even challenged myself with guys in the soccer team. I managed to beat their timing!

Macritche Reservoir and East Coast Beach considered my 2nd home. You could see me there in late afternoon and weekends. When I felt stress or angry with someone, I went for a 5km to 10km jogged. I felt much better after that.

My lifestyle started to change when I enter the working world! I immediately stopped my exercise routine. I don’t bother about the foods I ate. I don’t even realize that I have put on weight!

I’M SO ROUNDED JUZ LIKE A BALL!!! :(:(

I hope by taking Herbalife, I’m able to start a healthy lifestyle. To achieve it, I have to discipline myself. I want the “old” me back!

I wanna be a gorgeous wife and mum to my both darlings! :):)

Need To Shed Those Kilos

OMG!!!!

I need to lose 14kg to have my ideal body weight!!!!

What have I been doing all this while???

With my current weight now, 70kg with a BMI  (Body Mass Index) value of 27.3, the risk having the following sickness :

(1)   Heart Disease

(2)   Diabetes

(3)   Stroke

(4)   Hypertension

I guess there lots more….

I need to get back my ideal weight (around 56kg) and my BMI value should range from 18.5 to 22.9, which consider a healthy range. I’m standing at 1.60m tall.

Singaporeans have been found to be at risk of developing heart disease and diabetes at BMI values of 23kg/m2 and above.

I have to set a goal and discipline myself to stay fit and healthy. Next month I will turn 31 years old and as age catching up, I don’t want to risk myself of having those sicknesses.

Starting from tomorrow, I decided to watch my diet and start exercising. I also have ordered Herbalife products and new digital weighing machine.

    Marthin Boys Birthday Party

We went to Marthin boy’s birthday party last month. Got to know them through their mummy’s Diana. She one of the Multiply mommies too. The party was held in one of the holiday bungalow at Pasir Ris.

I love the holiday bungalow and gave me an idea to held Qistina 6th birthday party there.

Next year for her 5th birthday party, she will be celebrating with her schoolmates. She never has one before. Wonder…what type of cartoon character cake she would like to have?

The theme party for the Marthin boys was Cowboy and Space Ranger from the Toy Story character. Qistina dressed up as Cowgirl aka Jessie. Her old Levis denim skirt and white color GUESS blouse perfect the match as Cowgirl. I bought for her a pair of black boots and my sis Zahra got her the Cowboy’s hat. Oh yeah, not forgetting my “old” scarf!

I told Qistina to give the birthday presents to the Marthin boys and introduced herself to them. Samuel introduced himself as Woody and he introduced his little brother Hizqeel as Buzz. When I introduce Qistina to them, Samuel refused to acknowledge Qistina name instead he called her Jessie! She was angry and told Samuel that her name is QISTINA and not JESSIE. Samuel and Hizqeel kept on pestering and calling her JESSIE. Hubby accidentally caught a video of the kid’s conversation…LOL..so cute kids nowadays are more bold. Samuel promised Qistina that they would get married!!!

I prepare to get “silent call” from our home phone when Qistina start to grow up! *wink*
